Rae: Hello. I am so excited. today's the day and it's a beautiful day to have this guest on as Neptune has made its way into Aries. We've just had our Aries solar eclipse. You guys are gonna be hearing this about a week after that time. But today's guest is somebody that I had a recent experience with actually about a couple months ago in a quantum hypnosis session.
she was rever to me by a very dear friend, VVika Bradford, who you all know, who's been on the podcast a couple of times, and she does quantum hypnosis. I had to have her on because the way that she led me through this journey was so beautiful. And we were just talking like a luxurious like vibe and feel of moving through this hypnosis, very ritual filled.

So Lily, welcome. I'm so excited to have you here. Like obviously you can tell, I'm like already like thinking of all the things that we could be speaking and sharing about. We were kind of getting it into this beforehand. I'm like, we better just start. So welcome and do you wanna add anything else about you and where you come from and what you bring?
Lilly: Thank you so much, first of all, for having me on today. I'm so excited as well. I've been really looking forward to this and, and thank you for that. Yeah, I mean, we can get into as much of kind of background as you'd like, but that's kind of just the, the brief little you know, summary of, of what I do and, and kind of where I started.
But yeah, I started in corporate and found my way to this path. I didn't even know that people did this work. Of course, I knew that hypnosis was kind of a thing.
I had my aunt was a clinical hypnotherapist growing up and helped me through some of my anxieties. That really was my first, exposure to hypnosis in this whole world. But of course, growing up, going to high school, college, being in business school and, double majoring in supply chain and marketing, that was really my path right out of college.
And I just didn't know that people were doing this type of quantum hypnosis or hypnosis, this guided deep guided meditation subconscious work. And, I didn't know all about past life regression. However, I've really always been called to reincarnation and cultures that really practiced that as well since I was a little girl.
So really all of these things have really been pushing me, I guess, in this direction, even subconsciously. And different things happened on my path to really push me even further to quantum hypnosis and past life progression. But yeah, I went from corporate to this and it's been just such a beautiful ride and I'm so grateful that I found this work as early in my life as I did.
I'm just so grateful that I found it so early.
Rae: Yeah. That's so cool. So your aunt mm-hmm. You were already exposed to this, but you didn't quite understand like what was happening, I guess, or how she was helped?
Yeah, I mean, she wasn't a past life regressionist. She was more a clinical hypnotherapist. And I remember I was getting super, at a super young age, maybe I was 10. I had to get a lot of, dental work that people didn't usually have to get done at my age. My teeth were too big for my mouth and bone structure, so I had to get four permanent teeth removed at a really young age.
And so yeah, I have four less teeth than most people just because my jaw is so small. My teeth were so big. I was, I had such anxiety going to this surgeon, this oral surgeon that I had to go to from a pretty young age, My aunt who, you know, helped raise me with my single mom and I are very close. She was with my mom taking me to this surgeon I had taken like, I guess whatever medicine they give you to like, calm you down and make you not nauseous or whatever.
But I think I, ended up just getting sick and just was really like, psyching myself out for the whole process and really getting in my head just super anxiety. She did, you know, a bit of, in essence like a guided meditation, guided hypnosis in the car on the way to the surgeon. And it just really calmed me down.
And so that was my first little taste of it. But it's not like I kept going to her for hypnosis sessions throughout my life. was in private school my whole life. Very intensive with school and academics and so just honestly forgot about it until later on in my life when interesting things happened.
And my aunt really exposed it to me, at first, and then also my grandfather. he was a quantum physicist. worked for nasa, was in the military, did all kinds of amazing things. But he would practice a bit of hypnosis on my mom, my aunt, and, his children.
If they lost something, if they forgot about something, he would kind of do this regression work, reversing time with them and doing little hypnosis exercises as well. For a long time I was kind of, you know, even at the start of my hypnosis journey, I was like, is my family gonna think I'm crazy?
Thinking back on it, they were so supportive and so into it, you know, when I first kind of mentioned it, and I guess, you know, they've been planting the seeds of hypnosis, you know, throughout our generations of our family in a way. So, yeah, it's very cool.
Well, 'cause I mean, here's my perspective on like what you do and having been in a full on experience with you. And it was a very curated experience. It was beautiful. And we were just talking about how it was so in sync with like your Taurus midheaven of like creating this luxurious ritualistic experience that was nothing like I've experienced with hypnosis before.
And at first I was like, how is my aquarium like energy? 'cause I'm, I've got a lot of energy. How am I gonna go through this for three hours? It felt like we went into this entire portal that just was like, time didn't exist, and I couldn't even believe how much time had collapsed that it was like when we were done.
Like, wow, this was three hours. And I had no freaking idea that it was that long. But what I take out of this is, one of the biggest reasons why I wanted you on here is because we're so similar and I felt like this would really speak to my community in a way of the work that we do.
It's like you're using hypnosis as the foundation here, but I see you as a quantum channel. I see you as somebody who takes people into this whole other layer of energy and realm where time doesn't exist and you're truly tapping in and taking people into this. Space where they're reconnecting with who they are at the core, who they are prior to past life, karma, prior to past experiences in this lifetime.
And outside of the fears and phobias of the future. And really connecting with like, it's like this deep remembrance of this is who I am, you know? And connecting in with that higher consciousness and taking people into this beautiful evolution in that where they're receiving their own answers Based on what I experienced after your session, I have not had any other healing session besides one spinal energetics.
When I was in a really, weird space around the last full moon, Things in my family were coming up. And so it was a really nice quick reset. that's all I've had since working with you, you know? I feel like it's so similar to taking people into that place where you really are recoding their energy field.
And so they do start to co-create and feel and think and act differently and live. And it's really interesting to me. looking at your family, it's like your family has already had this gift. Yes. It was based in hypnosis, but your grandfather was a quantum physicist you said, right?
Mm-hmm. So it's like this has already been like alchemized in you. And I think back to, you know, growing up with him and you know, I was so young I wasn't doing any of this stuff, so I definitely, work with his energy in a way, you know I try and use him as a bit of a muse or an inspiration to me as well.
One of my many, inspirations, but yeah, I love that you mentioned that, you said that so beautifully. Yes to all of that. Thank you so much. And I feel like we don't realize, like, when we're doing this, we talk about ancestral clearing and karma, and it's always like this clearing, clearing, clearing, but a big part of what I've learned and felt through hypnosis because I did do like several months with Vika in past life.
Mm-hmm. And when I did that with her, what really came through for me is how I wasn't actually using my past life gifts. It wasn't so much like, I feel like I'd done so much inner work on like.
Alchemizing. the karma. But it hadn't really taken all of the beauty that was there and really transmuted that like really brought that into my own body and into my own world. So I don't know if that's something that you experience with people ever that come to you or it's like, you know, they have it, they're going into these places to bring forward, you know, what they haven't integrated.
That's like really, really good stuff. Yes. Oh, yes. You know, frequently people come to me to release that trauma, to work on that karmic aspect as well, like you were just mentioning. But equally, to focus on all of the good, all of the magic, all of their gifts, whether it be from past lives or from childhood or from different aspects, different layers of themselves that they just haven't addressed What I love about these sessions is it just, it brings you so many different perspectives. It shows you so many different things. So many of my clients also feel that they weren't expecting what happens in these sessions to happen. they're surprised in a beautiful way, they get information.
They weren't expecting to get in a powerful and beautiful way. And I like how with your sessions is like, you take people into really accessing the higher consciousness, but it's not just getting an answer. I felt like I had real tools. I felt like I had things to move forward with, and it wasn't just like, you know, speak this in front of the mirror 10 times a day to self firm, you know?
Right. It felt like what was coming through, through the higher consciousness it was giving me. Not just the awareness of where to go, but I also got the awareness of how to do it. You know? That integrable information is super important to me in terms of the way we ask those questions. All of my clients, come to these sessions with questions or issues that they're wanting to work on, but we format them in the format of questions, right.
I use a lot of my supply chain knowledge when I. Create these questions. So I still use a lot of those corporate skills in an interesting way in these sessions, although they're so esoteric and it's so about, you know, channeling energy and all of that.
I find that in combination with the esoteric, the intuitive energy, combining that with that bit of structure and logic and that structure of my corporate training. I find that not only when structuring the questions for my clients or helping them structure those questions before we begin the journey I find that to be important so that you are gaining that integrable information that you can actually put forth in your life to experience even further change and transformation.
Growth, but also when it comes to the actual sessions of the exploration of the subconscious mind and that journey or past lives or whatever comes up for my clients, it's all about the practitioner asking the client questions. When it comes to hypnosis, it's constantly questions, questions, questions. So I find that a lot of my training from supply chain and analyzing case studies and analyzing data sets and analyzing different scenarios, right?
In various corporate settings, it's really trained me to be very good at analyzing what's going on in this past life to gain clarity for my client, or asking the proper questions that aren't guiding my client in any way. That's very important to me, keeping it very neutral so that I'm not guiding them in any way and they're guiding themselves, right?
so, yeah. definitely. And just like giving context my experience of what I experienced. Just for everybody listening 'cause you're talking about the questions and so, you know, I've not done a ton of hypnosis. It's really only been with you and Vika and that's it. And so what I experienced with you was like going through the questions, helping me really get clear and identify what do I need, like how to orchestrate these questions.
And what was amazing is there was like 12 questions on there by the time we were done. And I'm like, how are we gonna get through this? But we did, and some of them overlap, but it was really cool. they weren't just all about the same thing. Some were around business, but there was a lot around health.
There was a lot around like releasing some, some drinking things that I mm-hmm. Have since realized. I was actually trying to alchemize for my father not realizing it, you know, it's like trying to optimize his, his imprint here on the earth after he passed away. And it's like, yeah, no, I'm not doing that anymore.
And so it was all different types of questions. And then as we got into the past lives, I experienced some past lives in there. But I, you know, again, all of mine are always like, I'm never with anybody, which is Very descendant. I have an very self note. I'm like always by myself, Capricorn, moon, like doing everything, being the wire or holding up everything on my own.
And what I feel like really helped me through that. And what I noticed has happened is over the months, I've been willing to let, like really disintegrate what's in there. But at the same time I feel like I have been able to lean into more support.
You know, finding better support, releasing support that wasn't actually very supportive and releasing a lot of like worry about everybody else's burden, like how that will impact them if I let them go and open up the door for more help, for good help. Right. And so I'm seeing the incongruencies of, in my world, of where I thought like things were help, but really they're just like.
Coming in, I'm gonna say this very loosely, pretending to be help, but not, they don't realize that, but it's like in my mirror, they're mirroring back to me essentially like, yes, this is what you perceive as help, but really we're doing kind of bare minimum and you're still doing 90% of it, right?
It's not really true help and support. I'm still operating in a lot of autonomy versus like really receiving this support and help, you know? And so that's been something that has really been rearranging in my life at a big level. And then also with the support and guidance bringing in, I've like leaned in with, because there was a lot going on with my body that it was like finally ready to say, okay, let's like really transmute this.
And since then it's been I found a really great nutritionist that I work, I'm working with, but I was also. At first it wasn't like aligning, they, they were missing certain things, but my analytical mind and my perfectionistic, I was like finding the loopholes and I'm like, well, this is a very good help.
But then all of a sudden it like, it kind of, because I was able to speak that into awareness to them in a way of like, I'm really frustrated about this and my body is, but they were also able to like speak to me in a way of like, well, your body is. Is, is figuring itself out, and that's just gonna take, it's gonna be, you have to be patient with, with your body too.
So it was really cool. And just from like, everything from taking like gut biome tests to, and not at an obsessive way, like literally like, okay, my digestion, it's coming to this awareness. Like my digestion has been off for like 20 years and I've never, I like, oh, I'll take a probiotic or I'll do this or do that, or cut out this.
So it's kind of opened up the portal of like, okay, let's like really get to the root of this and, and move through that. to be honest, I don't even really drink much anymore. So, or when I do, it's not, I'm not craving it.
That was one of the things I was like, I feel like I get done at the end of the day and I'm like, craving this drink and I wanna release that because I don't want that, that holding. Okay. But I find myself just going about my evening and doing without it, and then it's more of like, oh, I'm eating dinner.
Glass of wine would be nice right now. Kind of vibe, you know? Right. Completely, completely. And, to follow up on that, from what you said, you know at the start of this portion is kind of just releasing worry. I think that, that you mentioned that or the worry that might be associated with some of the things that you, you mentioned and really finding this work and that this work existed just in general eliminated and dissolved.
So many worries for me and anxieties and just fears, I guess would be the, the, the word as well. And I also love how you said, you know, really getting to the root and that's what it is all about. This work is getting to the root, having clarity, understanding these maybe subconscious roots or things like that so that we can, shift our lives to heal or transmute or alchemize the roots of all of these things that we're experiencing that we want to transform. so, so grateful to have experienced that with you and I love the way that you, you've also been saying this, this luxurious, you know, form of, of hypnosis 'cause luxury.
and that energy, especially in these sessions, that's what I'm always looking for when I go to a practitioner or any type of, modality that I'm called to work with I'm super particular like so many of us are. but it's such a compliment to me.
I take it as such a compliment when you say that 'cause that's definitely what I'm looking for in other practitioners. And I certainly wanna be the type of practitioner that I would be looking for as well. that's my intention.
Absolutely. Yeah. It was cool. We did some water, like intention and few. Some like fun rituals to open up the space, which I feel like just helped me just tap into that subconscious so much quicker and easier. And I stayed in it, you know, without, I never got into like my mind into the thinking mind at all.
I just felt very much in flow and fluid in that way. So here's a question I have for you and I totally identify with the luxury. I mean, I have a Capricorn moon, so like, I'm like, I think of the earth signs, like we just, and I'm li rising too. It's like that luxury. It's like I wanna feel really that like very felt experience in, in thing, you know, whatever I am participating in.
And I found if it doesn't, I can't even look at it. I can't even entertain that because it doesn't feel like it's gonna, not that luxury is high level, but it's not luxury as in like, oh, we're tapping into all this. Like, you know, surrounding yourself in lavish expense.
It's more the curated experience Of it, you know, that feels luxurious to me. Just means like, oh, you're taking me to another level that I've not been taken to before that this feels like I. Yeah, this feels like it's really gonna shift something in me or create a felt experience in my body that feels not only safe, but expanded, like that expansion, Absolutely. So I have a question for you around this, because this has always kind of been one of the reasons why I didn't start working with a lot of hypnosis is because so much speaks to past life work, which I'm totally all about, totally believe in. But what I've found with past life work that feels really incongruent to me often is it's like taking people into the past life, but then not, so it's like, oh, I experienced this.
I'll just give a random example of somebody recently that shared a past life journey with me And she was like, oh, I was in this, experience where I was protecting all of these children in this community and all of the children ended up dying and I didn't protect 'em. and so she had carried some of this trauma and guilt, a lot of guilt into this lifetime around not protecting that.
And so there was a couple interesting experiences that were playing out in this lifetime around loss and things where she also didn't feel like she could protect or give what she needed or wanted to.
So what I found is a lot of people bring that in and then they focus on that experience is like, oh, well This is why this happens, this is why this happens. Whereas like for me, I'm like, okay, cool. Awareness. I don't even remember half of them, honestly. How does past life hypnosis actually help people, it go into the past life and then like alchemize it into this life? Like with what you're doing? Am I wording that in a way that it makes sense? I think so. Like sometimes people will, will ask like, you know, what's the point in looking at past lives if it's just gonna re bring up that trauma
Yeah. And people get overly identified with it, right? Right. This experience, this is why, and I find this in astrology too, it's like, right, I'm like this because I have a right that, you know, whatever and stuff. And I don't like to overly identify with the wound aspect of it because there's power in all of it.
So I guess what I'm is like, how. Like taking people into the past life hypnosis, and I don't even know how it works for me honestly in the session. Like It's like how are you like really alchemizing that past life and taking people into that and like extracting that. You know, to create change in this life.
Right. So, a couple things I wanna say about this. Firstly, there's always the perspective like that, you know, that sometimes our subconscious mind and hypnosis sessions can show you an experience that looks like a past life to just help you with an understanding of maybe a block.
Mm-hmm. Or so whether you believe in past lives or not, it makes no difference to me. It's your subconscious mind is showing you this for a reason. Yeah. Now, whether it's a past life, whether it's a guide, whether it's a sign, a symbol, a place, a moment in childhood, a moment in the future, whatever your subconscious shows you in that exploration portion of the beginning of the session, when I open up the space to my client is always something different.
sometimes our subconscious mind will show you something that looks like a past life. But I'll ask later on in the session in the question portion, was this a past life that my client experienced? Or were they shown this for another reason? Sometimes their higher self will say, this is actually a past life that they experienced.
Or sometimes they will say, no, they were just shown this for that message, for that lesson. I remember you did that with me too. I did that with all my clients, right? Yeah. so there's that perspective that you know, whether you past lives or not, your subconscious mind will show you what's pertinent and most relevant to you to help you in this life.
Now, sometimes clients come to me, they're like, okay, I think this, such and such issue I'm experiencing, or such and such fear is related to like possibly this past life. 99.9% of times whatever the client comes to me thinking it is. It's not that it might be from childhood, it might be from a different past life, or that past life really wasn't what they thought it was.
So I find that a. Very powerful theme in my sessions is it's never what my clients expect. Most of the time. if they experienced a trauma in this life they don't bring up past lives. They don't even come to me for past life, anything. They come to me for my general hypnosis session to maybe release traumas in this life.
A lot of people come to me to release traumas, experiences from this life. I don't get a whole lot of people coming and be being like, Hey, I'm thinking it's this pa. It's very rare actually. Mm-hmm. That people will come to me that for that. Usually if they're interested in past lives there just kind of called and are more interested, but not hung up on any past life or anything.
That's pretty rare, right? Mm-hmm. But it happens. Everything happens in these sessions and. I've experienced a lot. So I hope that answers your question in some sort of way, right? but also say they are shown a past life that maybe is quite traumatic.
Like, how is that helpful for to integrate? Right. Well, I always ask once we experience those exploration portions of these lifetimes, at the end I'll ask why were they shown this past life experience where they were, let's just say you know, in France, in the 18 hundreds, right?
Why were they shown this? What's the message for them? What's the lesson for them? How can th this help their current life? That's what my, again, my questions come in that we were talking about before. So for me. Whatever they're shown, it's all about why were you shown this and how can this help you in this life?
So that's really what my job is to uncover and find out whether that was a true past life or, and depending on all these different belief systems, right? And we can get into that, or whether they were shown this, that it looks like a past life but more so like a dream to teach you a lesson, right?
Mm-hmm. so you're basically like to help them alchemize whatever comes up, you're saying like, why was this being shown to me?
how can we release it? How can we heal that? You know, we always ask that, is there any other healing that needs to be done? Is there anything else that she needs to understand about this experience? Why is this coming up?
'cause whether it's with me, whether it's in a meditation, whether it's a reoccurring dream that my client is experiencing, whether they go try, you know, some sort of other modality or breath work or whatever. These things come up that may look like, you know, all these incredible things, but why?
What's the message? why now? Like why now? It's kind of like, and that's similar to like with astrology, why I use that? 'cause it's like, it can show us why now. Well, it's right here in your chart saying, right, I go into this, Exactly. There's a reason why for all of it.
And it's like, I really, I like that because it's just getting to like, why, and then people can just release that versus staying hung up I've worked with many clients who maybe don't believe or don't identify with past lives. I've worked with, clients who maybe their beliefs don't really align and they're just curious and they're wanting to dive in and they're wanting to kind of maybe just experience you know, they're called to this type of session, they don't necessarily know why.
Right? and they're always, so shocked or surprised. oftentimes because I only offer these sessions virtually and online clients are often very shocked and surprised that they were able to go so deep or they were able to experience what they, or even their physical bodies were, expelling so much energy and things like this.
So talking about trauma in this lifetime and going into those experiences. And just speaking to the unconscious, subconscious mind, whatever you wanna call it, you know?
One of the things that I've noticed too is people, I do a lot of energetic recoding, right? it's like coding energy in the body, nervous system, whatever you wanna call it. It's all similar language encompassing And so my whole goal is to get people to access what is creating that resistance through body wisdom.
And higher consciousness And what I've noticed is people have no idea, they might think that they confronted trauma in their mind through logic or therapy or mind, whatever they've done traditionally already.
And so there can be this feeling of well, I don't have a wound. I'm good. but what I found personally is. if you are experiencing resistance in your life in some way, some area, whether you've already confronted it at one level or now you're going into your next level identity where you're growing and expanding, it's still gonna come up or you might think you've confronted it, but your subconscious is still holding that.
Right. Completely. That definitely will, will come up in sessions. Sometimes, you know clients will come to me after having, worked with amazing talk therapists or they've experienced talk therapy or other types of, like I said, different modalities and they're still finding that. Maybe there's resistance in different areas, they're needing that clarity.
they just feel stuck. You know? I hear that a lot. I feel, I just feel stuck. Right. I feel like things are, it's just heavy weights and things weighing them down and Yes. although they may have addressed this trauma and many different ways, and they might even be therapists themself and really advanced in this, I've had different practitioners come to me and.
Again, not expect that we were gonna go so deep. and a lot of body work can happen in these sessions. A lot of more somatic work can happen in these sessions. And my clients always guide me. So, you know maybe they have to move or shake or experience real vibration, or like I said, sometimes my clients are, are called to, you know, move their bodies.
I've had clients, you know, have body movement and body release and certainly physical, you know experiences of release within these sessions. So it's not only within the mind, it's not only that's, there's so much can happen in these sessions. So I very much, you know, prepare my clients for that and our prep work too, that, you know, you don't need to stay rigid or if you're called to move, if you're called to.
Get louder and speak or sing or tone or yell or whatever. There's so many different ways that we can release in these sessions. So it's not just through speaking to me and through the subconscious mind, but there's, there's lots that can happen. and yeah, physical release and that more somatic type of release can certainly happen in these sessions.
And maybe I should talk about that more too, your point. You know, so they're guiding it, right? You're not telling them, or like it'll just happen. They're totally like, it'll happen. Higher consciousness. They won't even realize it's happening sometimes until they, until they watch their recording back.
'cause we record these sessions, we do them on Zoom, it's, you know, we do it with video as well. So yeah, they might not necessarily even know that they're experiencing this huge, you know, body and, and that, again, I'm thinking of certain moments and certain experiences 'cause it doesn't happen in every session.
However, it can even be little things too within the body, movements in the body. Like, you know, just releasing energy through like flicking the hand or just different things that my clients will do that I'm not guiding them to do. You know, they're doing it on their own. It's like they're giving them itself certain energy clearings as we're going through these different experiences as well.
So, yeah. It's very cool. That is cool. So when somebody comes into a session, they Get to a traumatic point. 'cause this will happen sometimes as well. I'm curious from like a hypnosis state of being, because like they're really in that. Oh, yeah, it happens almost every time. But on it, I mean, it happens more frequently than not.
Most certainly. Yes. So how do you walk people through that traumatic experience without them resurfacing and feeling like they're living through it again? Well, we have different techniques in hypnosis, right? One big one is like acting as the observer. So different things that I'll say, right?
I trust my intuition. I trust that, you know, what comes to me is what they need. and doing this since 2018, it's much easier now than maybe at the start, right?
Yeah. Because you've experienced, I mean, every crazy scenario that could happen, not has, but I've experienced a lot with my clients, right? Mm-hmm. And so just, truly just trusting myself in that process as well, my experience, but also just I guess knowing or having that experience and training of, yeah, just certain things that we're trained to say to support.
Also, I've experienced a fair bit of trauma in my life that I've worked on, right? And so I might not know exactly how they feel. However, I don't think that a lot of practitioners do this work. Especially, you know, working with a lot of clients who experience a lot of trauma unless they've done that work themselves and, and a certain extent.
So just being the most supportive I can understanding that sometimes they do need to release, just trusting them, reading the energy. Just guiding them in a way that is most comfortable for them. It keeps them most comfortable cared for.
And also my clients will tell me what they need to, they guide, they'll tell me, either hire self or someone will hop in and say things as well. But also, a big technique, I guess if we wanna just speak of, a term would be like acting as the observer.
You don't have to experience it from that experience or point, yeah. You can guide them to be an ob observer, to not feel, to not experience only experiencing what they want to of the experience. They don't have to feel those feelings necessarily. Again, they just can observe and see things from different perspectives that honestly what happens frequently as well, but also ensuring that they take the time and have enough time to experience.
That's why I also, mention that as part of the session experience is that I never rush anything in these sessions and we always close the loop, close that circle, you know, that's very important to me. So not just like going through this traumatic experience and not getting all the follow ups for it, you know?
Ensuring that that aspect has been healed based on the questions that we ask. Based on the work that is done. We always, close, or at least at some point of the session, but it typically is at the close. We do energetic body scans to see if any energy needs to be released or addressed or activated.
closing the loop there to make sure that nothing's lingering is very important to me.
And yeah, closing the loop is, is super important, not just to experience that and let people go, you know? Yeah. It's, it's all that again. Why were they shown this? Why did this come up? what else do they need to understand here? You know, these kinds of things. Yeah. That makes a lot of sense.
'cause I feel like what keeps a lot of people from going into this type of work or leaning into like what the hypnosis or, going into wound alchemy or whatever is They feel like they're gonna relive it And take it. And it's like, no, it's not.
You don't have to. Yeah, exactly. It's literally to observe. What's actually. Impacting you right now from getting, closing the gap from where you are right now to where you desire to be. so what's sitting in your body, you know, that's active when we address these aspects, these more shadow aspects of ourselves, these more traumatic aspects of ourselves. whenever we're ready, I find that with my clients, whenever they're ready is when they're called. they're called these deep sessions for a reason.
You know, you're called to these deep sessions of transformation or these deep experiences of transformation for a reason. And of course, sometimes we might need to look at our trauma, maybe not experience it again in that same way, but look at it to fully understand it so that we can release and alchemize and transform and all these things, right?
Yeah. And not everybody's called to this work. I mean, it takes a certain type of person to one, like how you and I like lead. People in this way. 'cause we're devoted to it all the time. Like we're always moving through it and advising and walking through that fire first.
But it also still takes a certain, that's why where I see with astrology is like, not everybody is, has that kind cosmic DNA to go on this alchemical journey of, you know, like transmuting their wounds in this lifetime.
Even if they've had trauma, they still have that ability. And I find our charts express a lot of that, the way charts are actually coded in help give a lot of information to that. But it's always so interesting to me how you can take two people, you know, and put them in this, in this in.
It's like they could have such similar. Experiences in life, but their charts could be totally wired differently, where one is really meant to heal through that and alchemize that and clear it and recode it, where the other one's like, yeah, not my task. Right, right. Yeah. to your point, it might not be for everyone, or it might not be for everyone at every moment in their path, right?
my clients will always say like, I felt really called to this work. I felt very called to work with you. You know, it's a calling. So when you're called, trust those callings. Trust those nudges because such beauty and magic and, epic things can happen when we do, upleveling is definitely something that I feel like these sessions do. It really just takes you to a different level. I love what you said about time as well. I felt like when I really started doing these sessions, I felt like almost like I was like, reversing time or like experiencing time and reverse.
I wanna just speak to a few things sticking out on your chart, and then I have a couple other questions to lead into. one thing is you have Chiron, which is the wounded healer mm-hmm.
And the 12th house. Taking people into their subconscious 12th house is what's hidden, what we can't see. In all the ways, you know, of the unseen world past lives, your subconscious, your energy field even, I know you do a lot of work with connecting people with their guides and spirit guides.
It's like, yes, that unseen world, like taking people there in a, and you have this Virgo rising. Very structured way, you know, that makes people feel safe. One thing that you also have is Uranus and Capricorn, and I love that for this type of work, because Uranus really does shake up the body, you know?
Mm-hmm. It shakes up the body and can cause a lot of nervous system dysregulation and discomfort and expansion, but it's always asking us to move into expansion and yours is in Capricorn, going like, no, we can do this in a really safe, grounded way. And so you have all this Gemini energy, which is typically like.
Not so grounded, you know, but a lot of your chart of what is underneath and like Kyron and Leo is like, you are alchemizing those wounds, like you said. Mm-hmm. Like you've been through a lot of trauma and been through a lot of that and you're alchemizing those wounds into leadership, which is truly fashion.
It's like coming into being seen, being visible for exactly who you are with all those wounds intact and knowing, like, they don't get, they don't have to run the show. You know? It's so cool. It's like Capricorn and Uranus bringing nervous system safety, tar midheaven, nervous system safety in the body and like, but I think the big thing that sets you apart.
Is that having that Chiron in the 12th house, taking people into the depths of that, that whatever's there, that's the wound in the body to, to be alchemical eyes. Absolutely. And it, and it's funny that you say, you know, all the, all the Gemini in Me Too, and, and that tends to be very ungrounded.
And before I started doing this work, and even just experiencing different modalities and really doing the work. on Alchemizing myself, I used to be, very ungrounded and mm-hmm. Like I said before, early on in our conversation, you know how this work just dissolves so many fears and anxieties.
Well, I felt, you know, super ungrounded due to so many fears and so many anxieties and just so many things. That I didn't even necessarily know exactly why it was happening in my life, or why I was experiencing these energies and things. definitely over the past, at least since 2018, maybe, years before then, you know, doing other work and alchemizing in that way.
Definitely have found that balance and that balance in my Gemini aspects and grounding in those aspects and healing those aspects so that I can facilitate and help others in a more structured and grounded way. And all your Geminis in the 10th house, which is Capricorn ruled.
Well, there you go. It's holding your energy. It's like when you kind of get organized and clear in your mind and release that anxiety, it's coming into that grounded and holding again space and how you're known and seeing career-wise. It's all 10th house. It's so amazing. are you doing much on your YouTube channel still, or is that kind of a, I mean, before we started you, I guess, press record, we were kind of talking, or maybe you mentioned this but I've been really kind of changing up the way I share my content.
yes. I noticed that sharing a lot more information and things that just like really light me up and the things that I really love, things that I'm studying by myself, you know, anyways, or Different cases that I am researching and things that maybe dissolved fears for me and anxieties, early on in my.
Journey. So I'm really sharing a lot of cases and information and me speaking to the camera. So, my next goal is to really just do a bit longer form of those videos on YouTube. I really share clips from client sessions. The thing is, it takes me so long to edit these sessions.
Yeah. I still have so many that clients have been open and say, yeah, sure. Share this, share that, you know, which is such a blessing. 'cause sometimes these sessions are so very private, and so I totally understand when clients are, you know, not wanting to share anything. I've been spending a lot of my time creating a lot of that short form video for, TikTok and Instagram.
But yeah, to your point, that's the next step is making, these same videos just like 10 minutes long for YouTube or 10, 15 minutes long. if there's any topics that you think I should explore any suggestions, you know, send them my way anytime. But yeah, that's kind of the next phase deciding if I still wanna share client session clips.
It just takes me so long to do them. So until I find a faster process yeah, just kind of playing around with different forms of content, Maybe getting help for you.
Right. That getting teamed totally for your Virgo Rising to say, go do all this because this is great content. Get it out there. The reason why I was asking, 'cause one of the things that I love about what's on your YouTube is you have some old things and when I started really looking at you.
'cause I tend to kind of absorb people's energy for a while before working similar to you and like kind of picky about I am picky about who works with me as well. And so I was like, what is she about? You know? And I loved that there was some really wild, fascinating topics around people being mermaids in past lives mm-hmm.
Being some really different types of energies in past lives. Mm-hmm. I would love for you to share about that because I think these are kind of like wow factors of Sure. How is that even possible, you know? Sure, absolutely. So yeah, we, we, I definitely on my YouTube have lots of sessions that are maybe more traditional, like your typical past life you might think of like, you know, a comma, one of the witch trials or like a past life in Egypt.
Although some of those are, you know, once you start listening it's not what you thought. And it's not just a human past life, But yeah. Mermaid past lives come up. Like cosmic beings is another one that I love to share about and I love to speak about. Yeah. When I first started doing this work, I would just get extra excited for those sessions.
Cosmic, et you know, alien, whatever you wanna say. UFO encounters and. Incarnations where people are on other planets and not your typical, you know alien green being with large eyes.
Sometimes it can be very, very esoteric or very, very nothing like in any sci-fi movie you've ever heard of before, which is always very fascinating to me. And it's always, or not always, but very, very frequently shown to clients who, again, aren't expecting it. I love when clients, I work with clients in other countries where like, maybe these things aren't even on media.
They don't even know what's going on, which is really cool. this is the very first client video that I ever shared on YouTube and TikTok, it. Got some traction and things like that. it was a session with a client who experienced a past life as a cosmic being, I believe on Mars.
She was on Mars, if I'm not mistaken, and was looking at a what she called a Mars rover. Okay. and I asked her what date it was, I believe she said, you know, 1970 something, and I tried to get some details just to see what was going on and just so we could research afterwards.
And sure enough, I asked her, did you have any knowledge of this Mars rover of this dates or whatever? And so I, I researched and indeed during that date, there was a rover on Mars at the time, and it very interesting. Right. Yeah. So of course there's ways you can explain that.
but you know, she had no previous, or, you know, from our conversation, it's not like she was, super into that stuff or studying that stuff, or at least it didn't seem like that, right? Yeah, she certainly wasn't a scientist that might know that. But yeah, so it's always interesting when we get validation from some of these things and we look through history and history validates, right?
Yeah, indeed. When she went the dates and everything. So yeah, she was a cosmic being that wasn't human on Mars and saw was interacting with this Mars rover, so that was cool. Okay. And then you mentioned mermaids. Okay. So I love when the mermaid thing comes up because very, very frequently it isn't your mermaid out of like storybooks or nursery rhymes.
Sometimes it's a very, very more alien type of being, okay? Sometimes it can be on earth, sometimes it can be on other planets. just to speak on one is difficult, but again, whether you believe in these mystical creatures or not, it's that point of why was my client shown this?
Yeah. What's the message for them? You know, how can this help them in their current life? Right? What's the meaning there? So sometimes it can be even a trauma they experienced as one of these very mystical beings, A heartache, a death.
So I guess kind of like a storybook, but, It ended very kind of more dark and whatnot. So anyways again, I love it. Mystical, but so much can happen. So much has happened.
And too, like a lot of the times when there are those mystical experiences, I remember we had a client too, who was a mermaid and I think in Pompeii and was describing, where she was, different places that she didn't know about prior, you know, different names of different mountains or locations.
I always love, researching and corresponding with my clients and seeing how history can validate a lot of these experiences. But it isn't necessarily about that and proving this is all real and this date Exactly. Matches 'cause also what a history is wrong too.
Right. That's, that can happen as well. You know, there's things that are inaccurate. There's, I mean, you know, all these new discoveries happening all the time that are changing and shifting our beliefs. So it's really More about the message for my client, helping them overcome whatever they're overcoming.
do I find that validation and historical validation and factual validation to be important and very cool? Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. It's cool. You're just bringing up a lot of different memories for me as I was going through it, because I hadn't, I mean, like I said, when I started with Vika and then mm-hmm.
You know, she exposed me to you. Okay. Let me just back up. I know, I, I am not from Earth, like very clearly. I've never felt from earth and. One of the things that I love about astrology is like having so much Aquarius energy in, in my chart as well is like, yeah, it definitely confirms like this.
Like right. It's like I've never really felt like I belonged here. But that was part of what I'm here to learn is how to belong on earth, you know, in a safe way and belong in groups and communities and things like that. But as you were speaking about the mermaid, I have had dreams ever since a little kid that I have been like water bound energy and like connecting with water, animals and animals that you would never even know existed.
They don't, it's nothing that we know mm-hmm. That we've seen. Like just unique, different, odd and ends of like whale creatures and these crazy starfish energies. And in fact, when I first started doing energy work. When I was 20, so it's like 28 years ago. That's actually where I would do a lot of it is through these underwater realms.
But I never saw myself, I just always felt like I was so at home and I could hear sounds under the water. I could hear like animals connecting. and I feel like that is a strong reason why I'm so connected to the animals here on this plane. So it makes me wonder, like, I wonder if I was a mermaid, like right in this or some sort of other, you know, underwater being that looks like a mermaid
That we call a mermaid. A lot of the times these beings won't look like these, beautiful mermaids of storybooks, but they'll be really androgynous and look more like an alien And they'll have webbed, hands
Yeah. We hands is an indicator. also to piggyback off of this underwater energy, a lot of the times my clients will find themselves underwater at the start. it might just be that they're experiencing an underwater existence on earth as an earthly animal. so it doesn't always have to be this cosmic connection.
Sometimes there are more esoteric, mystical experiences maybe of the past of being underwater on earth, you know? so many beautiful, cool experiences. But yeah, a lot of interactions and. Situations with water and alchemizing with water as well too.
So, yeah. And I, I had no idea about like being in different, like planets at all or thinking about that. But many of the very first exposures in it as I was going through it, I was living on different planets, very isolated collecting data. And what I've learned since there, that's actually pretty common through Dolores Cannon.
And so a lot of which was wild with her because. So I, when I moved to Arkansas, it wasn't like a soul calling, it was an energetic calling. Earth. And what is wild is she lived only like 45 minutes from where I live and died. Just here in the hospital. But anyways, I didn't know that that was a thing that there's been so many people like recording these, these path lives of living in these other ti like these other dimensional, like on planets just collecting data and information and I lived.
Thousands of years on this planet, you know, alone. Eventually I connected with like Dragon Energy and things like that. Which I, that comes up in sessions too. I'll be, honestly, I'm open to all this, but until I experience it, I'm a skeptic, Oh, yeah, totally. I'm very much like, I mean, I am a Capricorn moon.
Like, it's gotta like somehow land to me in some way that I experience it, so it's always been wild. And one of the things I'm really curious about, because you mentioned two things I wanna ask before we close this off. And because me being so connected to the animal kingdom, and I get this question asked a lot so have you ever had people experience themselves as an animal?
Yes. it doesn't happen all the time, but it certainly happens and yeah, it happens. I don't know, it just does, it will happen. and you mentioned Dolores and of course she's such a huge inspiration to my work And how I found this work was of course through her speeches on YouTube and her work.
But I believe she and many other practitioners and different perspectives speak of the incarnation or reincarnation cycle, starting as she even speaks of not only just animal or human or cosmic or whatever, but also even having incarnations as a rock or as a gas in the atmosphere or as air.
Mm-hmm. I've had a client experience different perspectives of like a beach setting. So like she was the ocean. She was, I think the beach, the sun, like just different perspectives of like different land. Right. So there's also the perspective that, like I said Dolores and many other practitioners speak of is like.
Maybe earth School is a term, you know, many speak of, and that, you know, we incarnate maybe as, as certain types of beings then we graduate to, to animals, and then we might graduate to humans and then other types of beings and things. So that's just one perspective and maybe it doesn't always go in that, you know, chronological order and so many things can happen and there's so many different scenarios.
However, that's something that is spoken about, in the, world of all these things. Right? And that makes me think maybe that's why some people are so drawn to crystals. Yes. Like, I mean, I can place my hands on rocks and actually hear messages and hear information come through right through rock.
Right. That's why I landed here because that was happening everywhere I went and I'm like, okay, I need to be here because there's something here for me in the land. That's really helpful and been very healing for me as well. So the next thing I wanna ask about is dreams.
'cause you mentioned that dreams can be a big like gate. Mm-hmm. This, and right now, I mean the, you know, the North node has been conjun, Neptune. I hear from everybody constantly with that because it's in Pisces of all these crazy, wild dreams coming up. Oh yeah. And pretty repressed subconscious things.
I had one even last night that I was like, okay. Right. I've had some wild dreams recently too. So in terms of clients, a lot of the time come to me to they, they're experiencing things in their dream time, whether it's like reoccurring nightmares and night terrors, whatever.
Questions, we'll have some questions structured around why is my client experiencing this reoccurring night terror? Like, what's going on there? What's the message for her? What's in, in her subconscious mind, right? So there's that. Also too, you know I find that clients who experience dreams very vividly, maybe they're tapping into lucid dreaming and exploring that they tend to have a really easy time dropping in and entering this state.
I've had clients, who are reading books on how to lucid dream, but they didn't really know what they were doing or what they were gonna do in this session with me. They were just called to work with me and have extreme ease, getting into that state.
So it's always a great sign when clients say, oh, my dreams are really active, or I'm doing a lot of dream work I always get a little extra excited because that means you're really playing in those realms and doing this work. 'cause this work is achieving a dreamlike state.
Yeah. It's like that halfway state between being asleep and awake, dreaming and being awake and whatnot. I'm trying to think of some other dream type stuff, but a lot of the times, having the same dream over and over again, whether it's seems to be past life related or not.
I've had clients, maybe they experience a reoccurring dream, a recurring dream, or whatever. maybe they were on a battlefield or maybe they were experiencing something that was more traumatic or how they exited their life in that past life.
That's their Recurring memory or dream that they keep having over and over again. They wanna address that it's coming up to be addressed most likely, and so they're wanting to release that or sometimes they're having these really awesome, profound dreams that they wanna know why and the meaning of, right.
I know we lead a lot with the more intense shadow stuff, but sometimes a lot of my clients come to me for inspiration. They're wanting to take their business to the next level and get rid of any blocks that may be blocking them and any limiting beliefs that may be, limiting them and really expanding.
So a lot of clients not only come to me for this trauma release, but through maybe creative inspiration And excitement as well. and a lot of people are called around their birthdays too, to just kind of like. Get to that next level and next chapter in their next year.
I'm always called to the work. It's like whatever's going to expand me is how I look at it, but I know it does require going into those parts sometimes and, Seeing what's there I'm a firm believer when it comes to past lives that they will express themselves in this lifetime.
And I've had many physical experiences where that's actually happened to me physically. once I get into what's happening, it's like, oh, this is a past life right through right now, where I've had, you know, full on like where I have had red marks appear on my neck like this, like somebody's just holding me, you know?
it's wild what our body holds, like the codes and the keys to what our body holds but again, that was also there for me to see, not to experiencing it. It was for me to see like, and you're not standing in your power. and, and this is why, because in this past life, these things were happening and that actually many past lives this was happening.
It was an energy that was there. until you see yourself in your own power, nobody else will. And these experiences were literally playing out my lifetime at that time. You know, mirroring back to me where that was at in that patterning, which was so profound for me.
Really profound, so this is awesome. I'm so glad to open up this dialogue and just going to these like really cool spaces and places and realizing like I, you know, I kind of look at it as like, we are all these parts, like we're the sum of all these parts, you know, in a way and mm-hmm. All these experiences that I feel like, you get to experience in this realm of the, the hypnosis and especially where you take it to this quantum hypnosis, like yeah, you're bringing safety to the body.
Yeah. You're bringing peace to the body, but you're, that's not like, I feel like you're taking this to such a quantum experience where people can pull these fragmented parts of themself mm-hmm. Back in and, and it just slowly, like over time just allows us to become whole again as these that, you know, I kind of guess, like, the way that I would look at it is like these challenging experiences.
we are ascended beings and we have ascended energy like crazy, and I just truly believe that we are in this time where we can alchemize this shit so quickly and we don't need to be sitting here, you know, reliving this through decades of therapy.
Like, you can shift timelines and shift this energetically in months. Like, if even that, sometimes it can be like one, three hour session. And you're waking up. Totally different. And I just love that we have, brought so much ascension to the work that we do, and I love the work that you do and just the experience you curate.
